I was extremely unhappy with my stay due to ants and spiders in my room. The front desk provided no understanding or assistance, and I felt pressured to stay in a room that was not acceptable.

A few times, the shuttle service had longer wait times than expected, which was frustrating after a day in the city.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the beds were perfect and super comfortable, which made for an amazing night’s sleep. The location is also convenient. it’s easy to visit nearby attractions and enjoy the fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool. overall, it’s just the right size for my family.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped with great restaurant recommendations. I can't wait to return for Easter!
